Andre has worked with some of the largest financial and multi-lateral institutions around the world including São Paulo, New York, London, and Washington, D.C. He has participated in more than 50 local and international securities issuances including multiple landmark transactions in Emerging Markets. 

Andre is currently Lead Investment Officer in the Capital Markets and Structured Finance Team at IDB Invest, a member of the Inter-American Development Bank. He has bolstered the development of Latin America and the Caribbean since joining in 2018.

Andre also owns a pro bono Law practice in São Paulo, Brazil.

Andre holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD (France, Singapore), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (Brazil). Born in Brazil, he currently resides in Washington, D.C.
